Responsible for day to day operations,this position leads a team of Store Associates to achieve store objectives which include:
-Demonstrating and ensuring superior product knowledge and service to store guests
- Inventory management by ordering appropriate product mix to meet demand and ensuring loss prevention programs are in place
-Merchandising on an ongoing basis to reflect seasonal trends and promotional offerings
-Store aesthetics and cleanliness maintained to accepted Company standards
-Arranging training for Store Associates as needed
-Meeting targeted sales goals
-Maintaining communication with team and store network as needed
-Provide motivation and support to store team
Your salon background in hair,nails or esthetics and/or previous retail experience combined with a previous management experience are necessary to ensure success.Basic computer skills needed as well .
