This is not a typical retail position.
Our clients include business professionals, executives, wedding parties, graduates, and people who value expert advice and a personalized shopping experience. We build long-term relationships with our customers and help them look and feel their best for business, special occasions, and everyday life.
We're looking for a polished, personable, and motivated Sales & Style Advisor to join our team.
Whether helping a groom prepare for a wedding, assisting a graduate with their first suit, or helping a professional refresh their wardrobe, you'll play an important role in helping clients feel confident and look their best.
What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Help customers select clothing and accessories that suit their lifestyle, needs, and personal style
- Create complete wardrobe solutions and make thoughtful recommendations
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with our tailoring and sales teams to deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and stylish store environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
- Confidence in making recommendations and helping customers make decisions
- A strong interest in personal style, fashion, and helping others look and feel their best
- A professional appearance and understanding of the importance of presentation
- Dependability, maturity, and a positive attitude
Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, banking, financial services, jewellery, fashion, or other relationship-focused environments is an asset.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, remembers names and faces, and takes satisfaction in helping people look and feel their best.
Experience in menswear is not required. We will teach you our brands, fit principles, tailoring process, and styling techniques. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, provide exceptional service, and create a memorable experience for every client.
