Job Description: Inside Sales Account Manager to sell call center services to businesses
The Job:
Build and develop market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and creating business relationships, with companies that need to hire us for call center services.
Sell high tech communication services to companies in North America. You will be selling Services to businesses that are used for Marketing Communications, Lead generation, client retention, cold calling, client notification. These Services are conducted with the use of Fax Broadcasting, Email broadcasting, Voice Broadcasting, Voicemail Broadcasting, and Call center services. Particularly, you will sell "call center" services to businesses.
This position involves consultative selling, and giving marketing campaign advice to the client. Reviewing and adjusting the clients campaign script based on market feedback.
Duties:
- Achieve quota and revenue targets
- Generate incremental revenue through up-selling and cross-selling activities
- Participate in regular sales and account planning meetings with Director of Sales
- Effectively manage customer relations to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Identify new buyers/opportunities in existing accounts
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Co-ordinate and attend all aspects of Trade Shows (as needed)
- Discover and Service several industry verticals
- Procure new clients by identifying and targeting certain industries
- Up sell new services to existing clients.
- Maintain client relations
- Cold calling, warm calling, client retention, and closing sales leads.
- Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential client; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Compensation:
$30k - $70k , depending on experience. 10% residual sales commission on all new accounts and on all repeating accounts while duration of your employment with Voicelogic.
