Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve our diverse client base. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will utilize your expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and technical sales to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present product solutions tailored to their needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Provide technical product demonstrations and explain complex solutions clearly to clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is highly desirable
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining organizational discipline
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
