Job Description
FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL LAWN MOWING.
36-47.5 HOURS/WEEK. ADDED INCENTIVE PAY IN SUMMER. PERFORMANCE BONUSES.
CURRENT STAFF ARE EARNING AN AVERAGE OF $24/HR PLUS BONUSES.
LAWN MOWING $20-$30/hr depending on performance. Our highest paid cutting technicians earn over $30/hr. You are ALWAYS guaranteed no less than $20/hr.
Schedule:
SPRING – April to end of May - Monday to Friday 730am-530pm. We only work Saturdays in spring if we get rain during the week.
SUMMER – June 1st to October 8th - Monday to Thursday 730am-530pm. We only work Fridays when we get rain during the week.
Full-time work available year-round after October 8th as well. Fall and Winter work pays $24/hr and 40 hours per week.
Our family has been in the lawn care business for over 30 years, and we have locations in Alberta and Manitoba. We have hundreds of customers requiring weekly lawn cutting. We are very organized and well established. Vehicles and equipment are kept in excellent condition. You will be punctual, clean cut, courteous, polite, and will have a good eye for detail. Quality is essential! OUR CUTTING TECHNICIANS WORK INDIVIDUALLY AND INDEPENDENTLY! Each crew member is assigned the same truck and the same route for the summer.
You must have a valid driver’s license and a driver’s abstract will be required.
We are located in EAST Calgary.
You must also be available to work on all stat holidays!
Pay is provided weekly.
All training will be provided. Work will include mowing, trimming, and operating a hand-held leaf blower.
You must be physically fit and motivated.
