Description:
As an Account Executive, you will support the strategy and execution of integrated social media, influencer, PR, and experiential campaigns for assigned client accounts. This role combines creative thinking, content development, client communication, influencer relations, and performance analysis to drive measurable results and meaningful brand engagement.
You will also contribute social and influencer expertise across the agency, helping ensure campaigns remain culturally relevant, strategically sound, and aligned with client objectives. Lastly, you will serve as a brand steward and emerging leader, ensuring consistency, quality, and momentum across your projects.
Responsibilities:
General:
- Support strategic planning, brainstorming and execution across client accounts
- Manage ongoing client communication including status calls, agendas, meeting notes, and email correspondence
- Assist with campaign reporting, KPI tracking, analysis, and competitive audits
- Support campaign budgets, invoices, and project organization
- Stay current on social trends, viral moments and relevant cultural conversations
Social Media Management:
- Manage owned social content and paid influencer content strategies
- Develop monthly content calendars according to key pillars
- Create, write, schedule, and publish multimedia social content across platforms
- Execute community management, social listening, and audience engagement
- Coordinate social promotion strategies for events and campaigns
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and platform best practices
- Support paid social boosting initiatives and performance monitoring
Media + Influencer Relations:
- Remain knowledgeable of the editorial and influencer landscape with major players across press and micro to macro creators
- Research and recommend influencers using analytics and strategic rationale
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and campaign communications
- Coordinate content boosting rights and usage rights with media buying agency
- Develop creative briefs and oversee content approvals and revisions
- Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative coverage audits for product launches and cultural moments to inform tailored pitching efforts
- Create targeted media and influencer lists for launches, mailers, and events
- Pitch editorial opportunities, product reviews, interviews, and stories
- Manage reporting, coverage tracking, and campaign insights
Events + Experiential:
- Support event ideation, planning, and execution
- Coordinate vendors, gifting, decor, catering, and experiential elements
- Manage invite outreach and RSVP tracking
- Assist with on-site event execution and post-event reporting
Qualifications:
- Based full-time in the Greater Toronto Area with ability to work remotely and in-office
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or public relations (agency experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands considered an asset
- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and CapCut
- Experience with Hootsuite, Traackr, and social analytics platforms is an asset
- Strong service awareness, sense of responsibility and team spirit, willing to solve problems with efficiency
Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
