Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*****This Position is Monday- Friday part time hours, located in Squamish on a single site. No Travel and no commuting needed*****
Duties
- Perform commercial and hotel room cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize room, change linens
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and furniture throughout the facility.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a set cleaning schedule.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
