Position Summary
The Window Installation & Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating all installation and service activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards. This position acts as the link between sales, office staff, suppliers, installers, and customers to ensure a smooth process from sold job to final completion
Installation Coordination
- Schedule installation crews and daily work assignments.
- Prepare and organize installation packages for upcoming jobs.
- Confirm all products and materials have arrived before installation dates.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding missing or delayed products.
- Adjust schedules as necessary due to weather, delays, or service issues.
- Ensure crews have all required information, materials, and paperwork before leaving each morning.
Service Coordination
- Receive and organize service requests and warranty claims.
- Schedule service appointments with customers.
- Track outstanding service items until completed.
- Coordinate parts ordering and supplier warranty claims.
- Ensure service work is completed within company timelines.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
