We're a growing third-party logistics company looking for a driven, self-starting sales professional to join our team as our second sales hire. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base across freight, warehousing, and e-commerce logistics — with the full backing of an established operation and a CRM-powered sales process to set you up for success.
What you'll doProspect and close new business across freight brokerage, LTL/FTL, warehousing & fulfillment, drayage/intermodal, and e-commerce logisticsBuild and manage a pipeline using our CRM system — keeping opportunities organized and deals moving forwardDevelop strong relationships with shippers, vendors, and decision-makers at target accountsCollaborate closely with the founding sales team member to refine our go-to-market approachMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWhat we're looking for1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, freight, or supply chainComfortable with a full sales cycle — cold outreach through closeCRM-proficient and disciplined about tracking activity and pipelineStrong communicator — phone, email, and in-personSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment
Pay: $35,400.00-$100,256.92 per year
