Shoreline Building Performance is a fast growing home performance companies, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency through insulation, windows, HVAC, and Solar.
We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and work directly under our Operations & Administration Manager. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys managing moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain multiple schedules across various departments and programs
- Support project managers, sales teams, installers, and leadership with administrative tasks
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and text
- Schedule appointments, inspections, installations, and follow-up activities
- Track project documentation and ensure files remain organized and up to date
- Assist with government rebate and program administration
- Monitor internal workflows and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Support data entry and CRM management
- Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Phone support; Handle inbound and outbound calls
Required Skills & Experience
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong phone and customer service manner
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting a larger team
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
