Calgary Based Drivers Required for Dedicated Haul to US and Back
PSL Logistics is a growing, asset-based transportation company headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia. We provide professional refrigerated and dry van transportation services throughout Canada and the United States. Currently we require 2 Calgary based Drivers for a dedicated haul. Trailers Southbound will always be preloaded at the customers site.
As our fleet continues to expand, we are looking for experienced, professional Class 1 Highway Drivers who take pride in safety, customer service, and representing a first-class transportation company.

Compensation
Earn up to $0.62 Per Mile
Our compensation package includes:
- $0.60 per mile
- Additional $0.02 per mile Quarterly Safety Bonus
- Average 11,000–12,000 miles per month
- Annual earnings of approximately $77,000–$95,000+, depending on miles and assignments
- Paid pick-ups and deliveries
- Paid layovers (where applicable)
- Paid waiting time for shop repairs or mechanical delays
- Reliable direct deposit with on-time payroll
Home Time
We know family time matters.
Our drivers typically:
- Spend 5-6 days on the road
- Return home for approximately a 36-48 hour reset
- May occasionally be assigned longer trips depending on customer requirements and freight opportunities
Equipment
You'll operate modern, well-maintained equipment including:
- Brand-New Freightliner Cascadia highway tractors
- Automatic transmissions
- New 53' refrigerated trailers
- New 53' dry van trailers
- Company-owned maintenance facility
- Preventative maintenance program
- 24/7 driver support
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 tractor-trailers throughout Canada and the United States
- Transport refrigerated and dry van freight safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete electronic logs, bills of lading, and trip documentation accurately
- Ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and receivers
- Report equipment concerns, delays, or incidents promptly
- Comply with all provincial, federal, DOT, FMCSA, CVSE, and company safety regulations
- Represent PSL Logistics professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid British Columbia Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Minimum 2 years of highway tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Valid passport and ability to enter the United States
- U.S. work authorization (if required)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Valid driver's medical certificate
- Refrigerated freight experience is an asset
- TWIC Card is considered an asset
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused attitude
