We are hiring for 1 position at our FOREST HILL location.
This position will be both administrative, and hands-on/client facing. Candidates who are Michener Chiropody Students, previous nail technicians, physio assistants, or who have other medical practice experience are especially encouraged to apply.

We are a podiatry/foot clinic that offers foot care, minor surgical procedures as well as orthotic devices and compression stockings. We are a female-founded business that takes meaning from being able to provide the best care for our patients and also being able to provide a positive work environment for our staff.

Duties include:
- Greeting and helping patients, scheduling appointments on our easy-to-use booking system (Janeapp).
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person, guiding patient to their room, and performing documentation and intake.
- Provides assistance to the foot specialist by cleaning the treatment rooms, sterilizing medical instruments, assisting during surgeries and providing patient education.
- Assisting with measuring and fitting medical garments such as compression stockings
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
Work Hours
Our clinics are open 7 days a week, 9-4 on weekends and anywhere from 9-7pm on weekdays. Weekend availability may be requested.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Familiarity with private insurance billing a great asset
- Experience in a foot clinic or other private medical clinic preferred
- Previous experience with Jane App software and an asset

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
