Requirements for Rep Coach
- Candidate must take full responsibility for the team, attending all practices and games punctually.
- Candidates are expected to analyze the growth of each player and develop reasonable training plans accordingly, fostering individual improvement.
- Candidate should devise tactical strategies tailored to the team's strengths and weaknesses, maximizing performance on the court.
- Candidate must conduct thorough analysis of opponents, devising targeted game plans to counter their tactics effectively.
- Candidate are tasked with identifying and nurturing potential players, ensuring a pipeline of talent for the team's future success.
- Candidate must have sufficient time and commitment to lead team, ensuring adequate attention and support for each squad.
- Candidate must have previous local rep teach coaching experience.
Hours For this position：20-25 hours/Week
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
