Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality support and assistance to individuals in need. This role involves fostering a safe, nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caregiving, with experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to making a positive impact in clients’ lives.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Support clients in participating in recreational activities and educational programs
- Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or community events
- Monitor health and safety, reporting any concerns to supervisors
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and educators to ensure comprehensive support
Skills
- Prior experience in caregiving, early childhood education, or working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication skills and patience when working with diverse populations
- Ability to teach, motivate, and encourage clients in daily routines and activities
- Classroom experience or teaching background is a plus for supporting educational development
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to adapt to different environments and handle challenging situations professionally
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Pay: $16.10-$19.00 per hour
