Experienced/ New BIs needed in Richmond
Type of Work: Part-time, Casual
BI Shifts are 2 hours or longer
BI wage range:
- New BI: $21 - $24/hr
- Experienced BI: $25/hr - $30/hr
Our existing families with children with ASD, are looking for BIs to work in Richmond, mostly for after school care 1:1 support. The children are around 5 - 7 years old.
Potential shifts:
· Weekdays from 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm or up to 5:45 pm.
. Need at least 2 shifts/ week or more.
· One Position Available immediately and others, in September 2026.
BI requirements:
- a clear criminal record check
- excellent communication in English
- pursing a related field such as Psychology, Education, ECE, Special Ed., Speech and Language, etc.
- highly motivated and great with prior ABA experience
- love working with young kids under 5 years old and has great play skills
- is able to receive constructive feedback from Consultant and Junior Behavior Consultant (JBC)
- BI is required to attend a monthly team meeting and overlap, 2 months’ probation and at least 1 year of commitment upon confirmation
