What You'll Do
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and housekeeping areas while delivering exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned work areas to Wyndham brand standards.
- Making beds, changing linens, replenishing towels, and replacing guest amenities.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and ensuring every room is guest-ready.
- Completing daily room assignments, stayover services, checkout rooms, and deep cleaning projects.
- Restocking housekeeping carts, linen closets, and cleaning supplies.
- Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, and Lost & Found items.
- Safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Working with your team to complete priority rooms and special guest requests.
- Following hotel policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping checklists.
- Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs., push housekeeping carts, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
