Job Title: Account Manager
Job Overview:
This is an in-person position, only candidates who are currently located in Saskatoon and are legally eligible to work in Canada will be considered.

An Account Manager at Optimize is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping clients get the most value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Check in with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and platform usage
- Assist clients with questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or complete client requests
- Help clients improve their workflows, automations, and CRM setup
- Identify upsell or additional service opportunities when appropriate
- Monitor account health, renewals, and customer retention
- Conduct training sessions or onboarding support when needed
- Keep detailed notes and records of client communications
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience in account management, customer success, sales, or CRM support may be considered in place of a degree
- Additional certifications in CRM systems, sales, customer service, or digital marketing are considered an asset
