We’re seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Finance Manager & Car Sales Representative. This exciting role will allow you to blend your expertise in financial management with your enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager:
- Oversee the finance and leasing operations for customers purchasing vehicles.
- Develop and present financing options to clients, ensuring they understand available terms and conditions.
- Work closely with financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates.
- Review credit applications and assess customers' financial qualifications.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing process, ensuring clients feel confident and informed.
As a Car Sales Representative:
- Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the buying process.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle options.
- Negotiate deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest models, features, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both finance management and car sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a strong passion for sales and the automotive industry.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a car dealership is a plus.
