Builders For Generations is looking for a Sales Representative to support on-site and in-person marketing campaigns and improve performance for the organizations we represent.

Duties
- Participate in local marketing campaigns in residential communities and/or high traffic points in the city
- Be comfortable with daily one-on-one interaction with potential clients
- Be open to receiving feedback and support from management
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience that encourages ongoing support
- Be coachable with a growth mindset, consistently implementing feedback to improve results and exceed performance targets
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, development, or related roles preferred
- Spoken English (Intermediate)
- Availability to work on-site (we do not have any remote positions available)
- Availability to work 24 – 40hrs per week – Students are welcome!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A passion for our organization’s mission and a commitment to making a positive difference in the community
- Completion of criminal record check
