Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technicien(ne) comptable to join our financial team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, DT Max, Caseware to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations regularly to verify the accuracy of financial data across different systems like ADP, Ceridian, and others.
- Enter data meticulously into various payroll systems including ADP, Employeur D to support timely payroll processing.
- Assist with account analysis and budgeting tasks by reviewing financial statements and preparing reports for management review.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by verifying transactions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve bookkeeping procedures and optimize the use of accounting software tools such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and account reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Excellent mathematical skills coupled with keen attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and account analysis.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles and financial services operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes clearly and effectively communicate findings.

Pay: $43,971.29-$65,000.00 per year
