Keltic is seeking a driven and experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our retail team to success. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintaining strong product presentation, and driving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team development, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the Retail Manager, you will play a key role in managing staff, optimizing store operations, and ensuring that merchandising and inventory processes are executed effectively. You will also collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, promotions, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
Scope:
- Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and a high standard of presentation
- Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Drive sales performance through merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes
- Maintain showroom and retail floor presentation to align with company standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall business operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Assist with scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
- Support special projects and initiatives as required by leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
