What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience from the moment every client walks through our doors
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships that create loyal clients and referrals
- Assist clients in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary gifts, custom jewellery, and fine jewellery pieces
- Learn and confidently present our premium jewellery collections, diamonds, and designer brands
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Assist with daily store operations while following all security and operational procedures
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least one year of retail or sales experience (luxury retail or jewellery experience is considered a strong asset)
- Is confident, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Is motivated by achieving goals and earning commission
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Is comfortable using email and computer-based systems
