We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members as needed.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and ensure consistency in teaching approaches.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and safe at all times in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly desirable.
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage groups of young children effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and age-specific teaching strategies.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
