We’re a fast-growing inflatable and party rental company in Calgary, and we’re looking for energetic, responsible individuals to join our Event Setup Crew.
This role involves delivering, setting up, and taking down inflatables and party rentals at client locations—primarily on weekends. You’ll represent our brand, ensure safe installations, and help create amazing event experiences for families and kids.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver, load/unload, and set up inflatables and party equipment at customer locations
- Safely anchor inflatables using sandbags or stakes (training provided)
- Takedown, clean, and properly organize equipment after each rental
- Interact professionally with clients, providing friendly and respectful service
- Drive a truck with a trailer (experience preferred but not required)
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and comfortable driving with a trailer
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment, including inflatables weighing over 180 kg (400 lbs) (team lifting and dollies are used)
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (occasional weekdays available)
Nice to Have (Assets):
- Previous experience in event setup, moving, landscaping, or construction
- Trailer experience or towing license (not mandatory but helpful)
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
