As the Project Specialist, you support the coordination and execution of projects across our creative and content teams. You help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to creative initiatives by partnering closely with teams across Brand, Content, Design, Social Media, and Digital Strategy. In this role, you help teams stay aligned, ensure projects stay on track, and move ideas forward with excellence.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in Canada. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
MEET YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will work closely with teams across the creative and marketing organization, supporting projects and initiatives that connect storytelling, brand identity, content production, and audience engagement. As part of the Creative Strategy and Operations team, you will help enable collaboration, communication, and operational excellence across multiple creative functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the coordination and execution of projects across the creative organization
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and status updates across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project check-ins across teams
- Help drive communication and alignment across Brand, Content, Design, and Digital Strategy teams
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, leadership updates, and creative project documentation
- Assist with the organization of creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, offsites, and team meetings
- Build and maintain shared templates, project resources, calendars, and documentation across the creative organization
- Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and contribute to a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement
FUTURE GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- Serve as a liaison to multiple functions within the organization, including teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership
- Build confidence, experience, and knowledge on how to self-sustain, guide, and facilitate projects independently across the organization
ARE YOU OUR NEXT PROJECT SPECIALIST?
- You have completed a post-secondary degree in business, communications, design, operations, or a related discipline
- You have experience in project management, business consulting, coordination, operations, creative production, consulting, or a related field
- You are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
