Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers (training provided)
- Perform paving tasks and assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Load and unload materials and tools required for daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications
Experience
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment operation
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Experience with paving or concrete work is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $23.50-$31.59 per hour
