Shebry Refrigeration is a small HVAC/R company in rural Manitoba near the Saskatchewan border. Great location for someone who is looking for a better work/life balance with tons of outdoor activities all around - fishing, hunting, downhill skiing, boating, cross-country trails, snowmobile trails and more! Every day has different challenges which keeps work life interesting. Presently there are two red seal refrigeration technicians, with gas licenses in both Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
This position is for someone who has mechanical abilities, can take direction and be able to put what they learn into practice. Candidate MUST be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. The right candidate will have knowledge of basic hand tools and can work cooperatively with others. We're looking for someone who is at least a level 3 apprentice and is able to work independently, consistently meeting the needs of our customers.
Long Term Responsibilities:
- Read instructions.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Read manuals and other technical documents.
- Use measuring tools to evaluate heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Build, modify, or repair heating and cooling equipment.
- Be familiar with the equipment needed to do this job.
- Use hand and power tools to install, maintain, or repair equipment.
- Work in uncomfortable environments.
- Clean up spills.
- Be exposed to extreme temperatures.
- Take direction from and work closely with Journeymen Technicians

Pay: $25.00-$48.00 per hour
