Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and month-end close processes.
- Oversee consolidated multi-entity reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
- Manage intercompany transactions, foreign exchange reporting, and CAD/USD financial reporting requirements.
- Develop, mentor, and support the accounting team while building a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and support better business decisions.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insight, reporting, and recommendations that support operational and strategic goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 per year and up.
