Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. As a Spa Attendant, you will assist with the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Assist in setting up treatment rooms for various services and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Providing Services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist with merchandising spa products to enhance retail sales.
- Engage in upselling services and products to guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficient in using technology for product demos and sales presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
