Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace Campus, invites applications for a term full-time Chair of Access Education. The appointment will commence September 1, 2026 and end August 31, 2029. The salary will be in accordance with the BCGEU Instructor salary scale (range: $37.55 and $66.37 hourly).

Duties: Reporting to the Dean, the Chair is responsible for the learner-centered leadership and administration of all Access Education programs across the region.
- Provide exemplary support in the day-to-day operations of the department

Develop and operational plan, coordinate and evaluate region-wide delivery of related programs

Lead student enrolment and retention initiatives for Access Education

Monitor and report on training commitment outcomes

Access Education department human resources planning and management
- Represent the college at community activities to enhance the CMTN’s profile
