Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure sales commitments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical device
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Excellent account management capabilities for maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to medical products or technology sales

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
