Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule and confirm appointments for new student candidates
- Maintain student records and update necessary information in the system
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- meet with new student candidates to review course details, complete contract for attendance and submit funding details to OSAP or Second Career
- address student questions on Hours completed in the academy course
- provide Assistance to the academy director
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel and internet forms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset
