Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical and mechanical components, is seeking a Electromechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electromechanical Assembler you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and wiring operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electromechanical Assemblers
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift: Mon to Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Assemble and mount electrical, mechanical, and sub-assembly components onto panels, enclosures, and structures following standard layouts.
- Wire electrical products with basic and standard options according to customer drawings and schematics.
- Wire electrical products with non-standard options under the guidance of experienced electrical assemblers.
- Perform functionality checks such as continuity testing and complete checklists as required.
- Support inventory management through cycle counts and adherence to materials procedures.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of wiring schematic symbols is an asset.
- Willingness to support overtime as required.
