Job Description:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, email and courier
- Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating records, coordinating meetings and events when needed, assisting other team members, data entry and filing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment is a requirement
- Construction industry knowledge an asset
