What You’ll Do:
As the Receptionist, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operations of the reception area. This 4-month contract position will commence mid-August 2026.
Driving Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department promptly and efficiently
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales department (e.g.; Order entry)
- Other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous reception experience and bilingualism are definite assets
