Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a positive experience from start to finish. Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food handling, portioning, and serving to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic kitchen experience or food industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, upselling techniques, and restaurant operations

Pay: $17.85-$20.85 per hour
