Customer Experience & Operations Team Member (Part-Time)

- Direct-to-door online ordering
- Our Smoothie Bar inside McEwan Fine Foods (66 Wellington St., Toronto)
- A growing wholesale business serving grocery, cafés, hotels, workplaces and other food service partners

What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through email and online communications
- Printing, packing and preparing customer orders with accuracy and care
- Receiving, organizing and restocking inventory
- Keeping our warehouse organized, clean and running smoothly
- Booking courier shipments and communicating with delivery partners
- Supporting inventory counts and operational tasks
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
- Pitching in wherever needed—because that's how great teams work
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves providing outstanding customer service
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Is organized, dependable and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Brings a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Communicates professionally in both written and spoken English
- Is comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
- Has previous experience in customer service, administration, fulfillment, retail or warehouse operations
Hours
- 16–20 hours per week
- Morning shifts at our warehouse (in Etobicoke) starting between 8:00–8:30 AM
- Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Opportunity for additional hours and future full-time opportunities based on performance and business growth.
