Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and entrances
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect building common areas
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
- Perform apartment turnover cleaning when units become vacant
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep and general building appearance
Requirements
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Driver's license is an asset but not required
- English and/or French
