Mr. Carpet & Duct Cleaning is hiring motivated, reliable technicians to join our growing team.
No experience is required—we provide full training for the right person. We're looking for people with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay
- Starting pay typically $17–$26/hour during training (based on experience and ability)
- Commission available after successful completion of training
- Top performers earn $30–$35+/hour

What You'll Do
- Provide premium carpet and duct cleaning services
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
- Follow proven systems and procedures
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Collect payment and complete job documentation
- Represent our company professionally
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with customers
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role and enjoys interacting with homeowners
- Has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on their feet
- Holds a valid driver's licence with a good driving record
A friendly, outgoing demeanor is a real asset. Our technicians spend much of the day working directly with customers, so professionalism, courtesy, and making a great first impression are just as important as doing quality work.
Experience in carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, restoration, detailing, construction, or customer service is an asset, but not required. We will train the right person with the right attitude.

- Smoke or vape during customer appointments
