Inno Food Inc. is a global food production facility specializing in premium, high-end snacks. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the receiving of raw materials and the shipment of finished goods.
Confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role, along with clear communication and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize finished goods for outgoing shipments
- Coordinate and schedule shipment pick-ups with carriers
- Safely and efficiently load and unload containers, trucks, and deliveries
- Pick and pack items accurately to fulfill orders
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain general organization of the warehouse and yard
- Track and update shipment statuses using ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, counting, and logging daily activity
- Communicate effectively with logistics staff, purchasing team, vendors, and drivers in a professional manner
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
Qualifications:
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
