Print Calgary is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work out of the Calgary location. You will be responsible for providing customer service supporting our awesome clients with digital print solutions for their business.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, Respond to emails and Customer service inquiries.
- Responding to online quote requests and inquiries from clients.
- Correctly taking print orders, checking files and receiving approval for print
- Edits to client files - add bleed, make adjustments, setup die cut, simple designs
- Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Assisting walk-in Customers at our service counter with digital print solutions.
- Organize Customer orders for shipping
- Assisting with Production when needed (often)
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous Print Shop Experience or equivalent
1-2 Years of related experience preferred

Salary: $40,000.00 to $48,000.00 /year
