Cabinet Designer / Sales Representative
Location: Richmond, BC
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
About Us
We are a growing local cabinet manufacturing company serving homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers throughout the Lower Mainland. We design, manufacture, and install high-quality custom cabinetry, with a strong focus on reliability, customer service, and on-time delivery.
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Cabinet Designer / Sales Representative who is passionate about building client relationships and generating new business. While design skills are important, we place a higher value on strong sales ability, communication skills, and the drive to grow revenue.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, and lead development
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and developers
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct on-site measurements and site visits as required
- Create cabinet layouts, drawings, and quotes using Mozaik software
- Present designs and proposals to clients
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and ongoing projects
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure project success
- Manage customer communications throughout the sales and production process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Consistently work toward sales and growth targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Mozaik Cabinet Software (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinetry, millwork, kitchen design, or a related industry
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Ability to read floor plans and understand cabinet construction
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

- Fluent in English
- Mandarin/Cantonese is asset
