While graphic design skills are important, this is not a conceptual art or creative-direction role—it is a structured, deadline-driven position focused on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and adjusting customer artwork using Adobe Photoshop for production
- Executing repeatable design tasks accurately and efficiently
- Producing physical products in our studio environment
- Ensuring files and finished products meet quality standards
- Working closely with the team to meet daily production deadlines
- Communicating professionally with customers to clarify artwork or order details
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and production-ready workspace
- Safely using production tools and equipment (training provided)
