Working under the direction of a Site Supervisor from Duron’s Head Office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the Construction Labourer will be responsible to lead and successfully manage construction crews. The ideal person will be someone who has proven experiences and hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
· Concrete, masonry, and structural restoration projects
· Building envelope, caulking, and waterproofing; or
· Floor polishing, treatments, and coatings
The person must be willing to work outdoors, on a variety of projects, remote areas and learn new techniques.

- Handle and care of all Duron material and equipment
- Ensure understanding of tasks that are required to perform

- Always representing Duron in a professional manner
- Take pride in cleanliness of job site
- Produce quality work, through by completing all tasks assigned from beginning to end
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with construction, ideally with practical skills in concrete and masonry renovation, demolition, waterproofing, buildings, or infrastructure construction
- Familiar with scaffolding, air compressors, and other construction equipment
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Effective in working in challenging environments, including heavy lifting and long hours
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
