We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Senior Accounting Coordinator to join our Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term career growth in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry.
- Reconcile accounts, statements, and financial transactions.
- Generate commission statements and reports for advisors and internal teams.
- Use QuickBooks Online, CRM systems, and other industry platforms effectively.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Provide professional and responsive support to advisors and business partners.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in the insurance or investment industry is an asset).
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
