OBJECTIFS DU RÔLE
The General Manager pilots all activities of their establishment in order to optimize its financial performance (turnover and margins), managerial performance, and operational performance, while ensuring the rigorous achievement of the restaurant's objectives. As a true leader and ambassador of the 3 Brasseurs brand, he or she mobilizes teams around the company's vision and places beer culture at the heart of daily priorities. By making the microbrewery a lever for differentiation and collective pride, he or she guarantees compliance with the brand's standards, maximizes customer satisfaction, and positions their restaurant as a destination of choice.
