The pillars of our office are education, compassion and quality. We’re a patient-first practice that mentors new grads with intent- if you finish your day proud of the patient you helped, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do

You’ll learn our clinical workflow from day one and have a real voice in shaping it. Other roles include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Take digital dental radiographs as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details and medical histories.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the dental practice environment.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
What we’re looking for
Active BCCOHP CDA registration (or eligibility) is required. NDAEB certified. Warm, curious, accountable, growth-minded- and someone who can take the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
What you get
Mentorship from our dentists and a tight-knit team. CE support. Modern setup (Open Dental, digital workflow, VALO, sectional matrices). Health spending account, dental coverage, monthly team lunch, and scrubs allowance.
Thank you for your consideration!
