Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Menswear Sales Stylist- Store Coordinator to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect menswear, and ensuring an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong ability to upsell and build lasting customer relationships. Bilingual abilities and experience with menswear retail sales or technical product demonstrations are a plus. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice tailored to their preferences and needs
- Assist customers with product selections, including clothing, accessories, and footwear
- Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays that highlight current collections
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise for easy access
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Support team members with daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales goals
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical product demonstrations (preferred)
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated upselling skills to enhance customer purchase experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store upkeep
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when needed

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
