Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis (3 to 5 days per week). The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong bookkeeping and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks (minimum 2 years of experience required)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
- Maintain organized filing and record systems
- Support administrative and office management tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional, disciplined, and reliable work ethic
Compensation:
- $20–$25/hour, negotiable based on experience
- Flexible schedule: 3 to 5 days per week

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management with a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, is essential
- Knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation techniques
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience managing administrative operations is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as needed
