As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by efficiently managing orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Micros POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.

- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
